The Only Way is Custom will always try and offer the best service possible when undertaking customisations to our clients cars. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always take every possible care to ensure the highest quality of products and services used.

Our design interiors and leather retrims are covered by a 12 month warranty. This warranty will cover any imperfections in the leather or loss of colour within the 12 month period. The warranty also covers loose stitching or incorrect fitting.

The Only Way is Custom cannot or will not be held responsible for any mis-treatment of any new leather interiors. We are more than happy to advise our customers on how to treat and look after their new interior leather work.

If additional work is required to be made on the leather interiors that is not covered under warranty this can be done and the customer will be liable for additional charges.

Electrical products offered by The Only Way is Custom are covered by our 18 month warranty. This can either be carried out at the customers home or at the The Only Way is Custom company workshop.

The Only Way is Custom do not re shape or re bolster seats to look like sports seats. We recommend that clients provide the seats that they would like us to re trim to their exact specifications.

All cars will be fully checked over upon completion and collection for both body work and an interior inspection.

We will not held responsible for any engine or Engine Control Unit (ECU) issues.

The Only Way is Custom offer a full motor traders policy - copy available upon request.

We also offer both public and employee liability insurance - copy also available upon request.

The Only Way is Custom are trade plate holders.

The Only Way is Custom also offer a collection and delivery service to all our clients at their home or place of work right across the UK at an additional cost. Please ask for further details and pricing.
